Why do we verify your age?
We do not sell our products to anyone under the age of 21. We use a non-affiliated third-party system “agechecker.net”, to verify that you are who you say you are and to confirm that you are 21 or older.
What is AgeChecker.Net?
Age checker facilitates online stores (to verify customer age) that sell age-restricted products like Cigars or any other tobacco-related product. Age verification is required by many federal and state laws.
What information is required?
Age checker can verify about 90% of U.S. customers instantly using basic personal information like date of birth, name, and address. Usually, name and address information we get from the checkout form filled by you
If the system doesn't verify you automatically, you must provide a picture of your photo ID to verify yourself manually. This process is easy and takes place within our popup. After submission, age checker will take around 10 seconds to verify you (depending on the number of requests in our queue). You may cover other sensitive information, just make sure that your name, date of birth, expiration and enough of the ID should be visible to verify that it is real.
How do I upload my photo ID?
To make it as simple as potential, Age Checker got 3 choices to upload picture ID
• Take a picture using your webcam directly from our popup.
• Upload a picture by clicking the browse button.
• Enter your mobile phone number and use your phone's camera to complete the process.
How is my information secured?
The information you provide is used purely to verify your age. We never share or sell data to third-parties.
Your privacy and security are important to us. Access to all our services is protected with strong 256-bit AES encryption. All personal information is stored on a private internal network that is not connected to the internet.
Your DOB, name, and address are stored in our system to verify you without requesting you to upload a photo ID. Your Photo IDs get deleted asap after the verification process.

Do I have to get verified every time I order?
After a successful verification, you have to just enter your DOB, name, and address on next visit. The extended verification process will be skipped for your convenience.
What if I don't live in the US?
International customers have to submit their information/detail for our records, however, age checker will never ask for a photo if you are ordering from outside the US. If you are a US national and want to ship the product outside US then you will have to be verified via photo ID.
